Terms and Conditions

1. The company will deduct the funds from your bank account and immediately increase your purchasing power after the transaction has been completed. However, if the deposit amount exceeds the company’s specified limit, the maximum purchasing power will be capped at the company’s defined limit. If you wish to increase your limit, please contact your Equity Wealth Manager.
2. Deposit transactions are available from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays as announced by the Bank of Thailand. The service is provided during the following time periods:
   - 08:30 - 19:00: Online Direct Debit (ODD) and QR Code
   - 19:00 - 03:00: QR Code only
3. If a deposit is made via QR Code outside the specified operating hours, the purchasing power will be adjusted on the next business day during operating hours.
4. The minimum deposit amount via QR Code is 100 THB.
5. The maximum deposit amount via QR Code is as follows:
   - For accounts with Kasikorn bank, the maximum deposit limit per transaction is 99,999,999.99 THB or as otherwise prescribed by the bank.
   - For accounts with other banks, the maximum deposit is 2,000,000 THB or the limit set by the respective bank.
6. The QR Code is valid for a limited time. Please complete your transaction within the specified time. If the requested QR Code has expired, you may request a new one. Each QR code can be used only once and cannot be reused after the transaction is completed.
7. This QR Code cannot be used with the "Pao Tang“ application.
8. In case the bank account’s name does not match the name of the securities trading account holder, the Company will process a refund to the originating bank account used for the transfer within 7 business days. A refund fee will apply, which is subject to the policy of the originating bank.
