Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure effective implementation of IT Security Governance across all relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, review, and enforce security controls and operational processes.
  • Coordinate and validate information during security incidents to ensure timely response and mitigation of cyber threats.
  • Monitor cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and advisories to proactively enhance organizational defenses.

Qualifications

    • Network Security
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and task tracking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor Core Trading Systems to ensure system stability, availability, and continuous operation.
  • Manage and monitor Internet Trading Systems, ensuring that online trading platforms operate smoothly and allow investors to place orders without interruption.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot trading system issues for users, ensuring business operations can continue efficiently.
  • Investigate, analyze, and escalate system bugs and incidents by identifying root causes and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into detailed specifications for system enhancement and software development.
  • Monitor and control system operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards set by governing authorities, such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in Front Office or Trading Systems environments.
  • Good understanding of securities and derivatives trading systems, including Order Flow and Connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in Troubleshooting, SQL, APIs, System Integration, and Networking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong customer service mindset.

  • Responsible for managing relationships with existing wealth clients and acquiring new potential wealth clients.
  • Plan, analyze, and assess investment need of clients in portfolio, together with recommend suitable investment solution to each client based on risk appetite and preference.
  • Manage and monitor client’s portfolio through variety of investment products; Stock, mutual fund, bond, structured product, offshore investment etc.
  • Maintain a proficient comprehensive on up-to-date investment environment, and able to transform into sales activities.

  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a wealth manager or in financial services, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
  • IC Complex 1 License is a must, IP License. Passionate about Financial Planning
  • Possession of CFP, AFPT
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and  the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a successful client portfolio

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Trade Execution

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, including welcome calls for new clients.
  • Providing investment information and executing buy/sell orders across investment products such as equities, TFEX, mutual funds, structured notes, and bonds (both onshore and offshore).

2. Wealth Team Support & Coordination

  • Supporting and coordinating with the Wealth team by providing product information and assisting with client investment transactions.
  • Providing operational support related to trading and client requests.

3. Sales Support & Cross-Selling

  • Supporting cross-selling of investment products such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds, and structured products.
  • Following up on wealth referral program to support client acquisition and product distribution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
