  • Develop and validate financial models (mainly equity volatility model, trading model, and derivative pricing/hedging model) in either MATLAB/VBA/Python for structure note features.

Responsibilities
  • Working with regulators (SET, SEC) regarding products’ filing, news and reports (including DW, DR, Structure Note) and preparing related documents. (filing documents, factsheets, term sheets, etc.)
  • Working with counterparties (local and foreign) to conclude agreements and documents related to products such as Structure Note, DR, SSF Block Trade. The agreements may include ISDA, CSA, Distribution agreement, Trade Confirmations, SSF Block Trade MOU etc.
  • Working with counterparties to manage end-to-end transactions of structure notes i.e. order confirmation, term sheets, factsheet, SEC’s sales report, and SEC’s redemption reports etc.
  • Working with global custodians, internal operations and foreign partners to ensure settlement of foreign securities within the required timeframe.
  • Cooperating with internal departments to design, to manage, and to improve internal workflows in a compliance manner.    
Qualifications
