Using the Automatic Debit Service

Customers can choose to use the Automatic Debit Service to perform the following transactions:

1. For customers using a Cash Account (-8), the ATS allows funds to be automatically debited from the customer's designated bank account.

  • For securities purchases: The purchase amount will be debited on T+2 (2 business days after the transaction date).
  • For securities sales: The proceeds will be credited to the customer's bank account on T+2.

2. If the customer wishes to add collateral to their Cash Account (-8), they may submit an automatic debit instruction to transfer funds to the account of Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited.

Once received, Kasikorn Securities will deposit the collateral into the customer's trading account, enabling them to proceed with securities purchases through the account.

Customers will also earn interest on the collateral deposited, subject to the company’s prevailing interest rate policy.

K-Stock2Fund is a service designed to boost returns on your investment capital while it awaits allocation into securities. It works by automatically investing proceeds from your stock sales into either the K-Treasury or K-Money funds. These are low-risk mutual funds that offer the potential for better returns than savings deposit interest rates. When you purchase new stocks, the service will automatically sell units from these funds to cover your stock purchase costs.

Key Features of the Service

Customers can choose to use the automatic debit service for the following actions:

Value Added

Opportunity for increased returns when your funds aren't actively invested in securities.

Convenience

Enjoy a fully automated service that buys into the fund when you sell stocks and sells from the fund to pay for new stock purchases. It offers seamless transactions through KBANK ATS for trading settlements. You can easily track your investment performance via SMS, monthly statements, and your K-TREASURY fund passbook.

Flexible

You have the flexibility to make transactions for either the full amount or a partial amount, with a minimum transaction of 5,000 Baht. Plus, you can amend your transactions by 4:30 PM on the next business day following your stock trade.

TIPS

The increased return doesn't come from the securities you've bought. Instead, the gains come from optimizing the opportunity for your capital—money that investors typically park in a savings account after selling securities. This service takes the proceeds from your stock sales and invests them in low-risk debt funds like K-TREASURY. These funds offer liquidity similar to a savings deposit but provide higher returns, effectively serving as a superior alternative to holding cash in a savings account.
