We ask you to give us KS account number, Personal Identification, first name, last name, email and contact mobile phone number. Important information will also be collected from the initial setup of the Application on your mobile phone. They are mobile phone device Identifier/Serial No/ID, mobile phone number and IP Address. You will also voluntary give us some information at our Contact Center for assistance.
2. Information we get when you use our Service
When you log into the Application or perform any activities, you will also provide us with some information through the Service usage. We may collect your information related to activities during the session time period including your activity type, time and date. We may collect your mobile phone model and Operating System version. We may also collect and keep log details of information when you use our Service.
3. How we use the information
From time to time, we will improve and develop our Service quality to the highest level with customer convenience and satisfaction. We may contact or send you promotional offers or codes for your benefits. We will also update our Terms of use.
