Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive fundamental analysis of stocks utilizing both top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as assess securities across different asset classes. Present the resulting investment thesis to the Investment Committee for consideration of inclusion in the investment universe
• Assessing the risk and return profiles of various assets to make informed investment decisions.
• Constructing and maintaining diversified portfolios in line with the fund's strategy, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop the investment strategy or the fund's strategic approach.
• Regularly reviewing and rebalancing portfolios in response to market conditions and performance metrics.
• Preparing detailed performance reports and benchmarking the fund’s performance against appropriate indices.
• Ensuring transparency in performance reporting, including returns, fees, and associated risks.
• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance, investment strategy, and market outlook.
• Explaining the rationale behind investment decisions and addressing any client inquiries regarding portfolio performance.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining ethical standards in all investment activities.
• Monitoring portfolio risk exposure and implementing strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining alignment with the fund’s risk tolerance.
• Staying informed of financial market trends, economic developments, and industry innovations to make well-informed decisions.
• Pursuing continuous professional development, including certifications and industry participation, to enhance expertise and effectiveness.
• Reporting to the Investment Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Board of Directors on portfolio performance, investment strategies, market outlook, risk assessments, and any significant changes in investment positions, as well as addressing any concerns regarding risk exposure and compliance with fund objectives.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or any other related fields
• Possess Fund Manager license
• At least 2 years of work experience in Investment Management (experience in global equity is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills both in Thai and English
• Good team working and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Working with regulators (SET, SEC) regarding products’ filing, news and reports (including DW, DR, Structure Note) and preparing related documents (filing documents, factsheets, term sheets, etc.)
• Working with counterparties (local and foreign) to conclude agreements and documents related to products such as Structure Note, DR, SSF Block Trade. The agreements may include ISDA, CSA, Distribution agreement, Trade Confirmations, SSF Block Trade MOU etc.
• Working with counterparties to manage end-to-end transactions of structure notes i.e. order confirmation, term sheets, factsheet, SEC’s sales report, and SEC’s redemption reports etc.

Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Trade Execution

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, including welcome calls for new clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational processing for offshore and OTC investment products, including trade processing, settlements, collateral deposits and withdrawals, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, and stock transfers.
• Execute daily operations for TFEX futures and options, including margin deposits and withdrawals, trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily operational tasks of the team, including:

-          Processing share deposits, withdrawals and transfers

-          Handling Corporate Actions (e.g. book closing for shareholder entitlements, entering CA’s news into the system and notifying relevant parties.)
