What are the requirements for the withdrawal or transfer of securities? What are the fees?
When withdrawing, transferring or changing the status of securities, clients have to complete the following procedure:
- Fill in a “Withdrawing / Transferring / Changing Securities Status Request Form”
- Sign the form with a signature matching the specimen signature card
- Attach a verified copy of ID card (in the case of a withdrawal in the form of a stock certificate)
Then, submit all documents to a KASIKORN SECURITIES PCL officer to proceed.
Fees per transaction are detailed below:
- Transfer securities (within the company) - no charge
- Withdraw a securities certificate (in order to issue a new certificate) - 80 Baht
- Transfer securities to other brokers (via SDC system) - 20 Baht
- Change status from “Thai Securities” to “Foreign Securities” - 20 Baht
- Change status from “Foreign Securities” to “Thai Securities” - 20 Baht
What is the minimum balance required to start stock trading?
The minimum balance is 500,000 Baht. On presenting a bank statement, a client will be granted the same trading amount as recorded in the bank account. If the balance in the account is less than 500,000 Baht, it is recommended that a client open a Cash Balance Account in which it is necessary to deposit a minimum 15% as assurance. For example, to gain a credit amount of 1 million Baht, a client must deposit 150,000 Baht as assurance.
What services are provided by KASIKORN SECURITIES?
- A Wealth Manager will be appointed to take care of each account, provide professional advice on investments, and facilitate all investment-related matters;
- Accept account number and password for investor terminal use in the securities trading room;
- Facilitate client investments with accurate and up-to-date information via our website;
- Provide clients with market analysis via facsimile, e-mail, or through the Wealth Manager in charge of your account.

Any individual or legal entity, both Thai and Non-Thai, with an interest in securities investment.

What are the criteria for the allocation of reserved stock?
KASIKORN SECURITIES PCL will not provide insider news, but we will provide news or advice on basic market forces and trends. A new stock reserve service will be available in the very near future. Allocations will be in accordance with the trading value each client has with KASIKORN SECURITIES PCL.
